Spaceplan Architects (Formerly Pardhy & Associates) was established in 2006 and undertakes architectural design & supervision works for industrial, commercial, residential and other interior works. Also undertake billing, Costing and quality assessment works.
Including design, estimation, taking all statutory approval from MIDC, Building completion certificates, etc. Planning, appointment of contractor for implementation, supervision of constitution, billing & Measurement verification of contractor works etc.
The firm was original founded by Sharad M. Pardhy in 1964, and operated in various field of Architecture. Firm is today recognized as “SPACEPLAN ARCHITECT”,
Rishikesh Pardhy partner , received his Bachlor of Architecture (B. Arch) Degree for, Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur in 1998, He was Gold Medalist for the 1998 Architecture Division of Nagpur University. Later obtained Master of Architecture in Urban Design from School of Planning 7 architecture, New Delhi in 2000. Worked as Assistant Lecturer at VNIT, Nagpur upto 2002 and then Started his own practice.
Vijay R. Pimpalkhute, Partner received his B. Arch from VRCE, Nagpur in 1964, Since then he has worked under Senior Pioneer Architect from Nagpur Architect Gole for 5 years, Now he is a Architect and valuation practitioner.
Sharad M. Pardhy , partner (Founder) also received his degree from VRCE, Nagpur in 1964, since then he worked as Architect for several Projects and earned recognition. In 2003 he Opted to work as senior Architect for All India Gayatri Pariwar Trust, Haridwar. Presently Shri. Sharad Pardhy is working as vice Chancellor at dev Sanskriti Vishva Vidyalaya, Haridwar, since past Five Years.
